When renting a property through Farrow & Green, our Independent Inventory Service is designed to give you peace of mind.
We undertake a Schedule of Condition on every property we let. It contains a complete record of fixtures, fittings and the condition of the property. The report covers each room including outdoor spaces. Digital photos of each room provide an overview, and additional smaller images highlight items of value, interest and damage.
A Check-In Report is combined with the schedule of condition to create a report specific to your tenancy. The check-in examines the property on the day the agreement begins, noting the condition of furniture and fittings. Meter readings are noted and a photograph is taken to guarantee accuracy.
A Check-out Report takes place when you move out. It compares the condition at the end of the tenancy to that on the schedule of condition and check-in reports. This report is used as the basis for assessing whether any damages should be paid for from the deposit
A Welcome Pack is given to every tenant which includes everything you need to know for a trouble free tenancy. It also includes a bottle of sparking wine – on the house!
